In the field of civil aviation AEROSTAR supplies aerostructures, components and assemblies for the global aviation industry as an EASA Part21G subcontractor and/or under the approval of the main contractor.
The company acts as a subcontractor in major programmes with end customers including: AIRBUS, GKN Aerospace, Premium AEROTEC, Dassault, Gulfstream, Boeing, Bombardier, among others.
AEROSTAR has machining capabilities for mechanical parts in 3, 4 and 5 axis for parts with dimensions up to 3 meters, as well as sheet metal forming capabilities through pressing, bending, rolling and drawing.

















Aerostar’s Special Processes Centre provides a wide range of surface coatings, painting, heat treatments, shot peening, welding, as well as inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT).
Aerostar deliveries comply with the applicable requirements of the REACH Regulations concerning the registration, evaluation and restrictions of chemical substances.
Aerostar holds NADCAP accreditation for a broad range of special processes, as well as customer-specific approvals and qualifications.
