Claudiu Doroș is the President of the Board of Directors of  EVERGENT Investments since April 2021 and the CEO  of the company since 2017.

He is involved in the design and implementation of the business strategy and also coordinates the financial, legal, compliance, risk, audit, corporate governance activities and investor relations activities.

He monitors the implementation of investment policies across portfolios, while managing 4 major asset classes worth over 450 million Euro. Within the Board of Directors he manages, coordinates and  oversees the operational activities in compliance with the Constitutive Deed, the resolutions of the General Meetings of Shareholders and the Board of Directors, as well as the company’s internal regulations and procedures.

Thus, EVERGENT Investments has the highest capitalization among all  investment companies, delivering shareholders the highest average compound return rate of 13.2% over the past 10 years, consisting of dividends received and capital appreciation, above the average return of all equity funds in Romania.

He also coordinates and oversees the companies within the EVERGENT Investments Group: Agrointens SA – a blueberry producer, Agroland Capital SA – a real estate project in Iași, Casa SA – real estate and property management in Bacău, and Tesatoriile Reunite SA – real estate development in Bucharest.

With over 25 years of experience in the capital market, he has delivered strong performance in multiple purchase and sales operations, brokerage, and later asset management. He has entrepreneurial experience in the private business environment and relevant managerial experience at companies such as SIF Moldova SA, Aerostar SA, Depozitarul Sibex SA, Tesatoriile Reunite SA and Mecanica Ceahlău SA.

In 1995 he graduated from the Faculty of Commerce – Marketing at the University of Bacău.

He earned a Master’s degree in Business Management and Administration in 2005 from the School of Postgraduate Studies at the “Gheorghe Asachi” University of Iași, followed by professional training courses in the capital market, organized in accordance with ASF regulations.
