Alexandru Filip has been  the  Chief Executive Officer of AEROSTAR S.A. since March 2024.

He held the position of Deputy Director of AEROSTAR S.A. from 2022 to 2024.

Alexandru Filip graduated at the top of his class from the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering in Bucharest. He completed MBA programs at the University of Warwick (UK) and HEC Paris, and further consolidated his technical expertise with a PhD in Aerodynamics.

He began his career at AEROSTAR S.A. in the Business Development Department in 2011 and later was appointed Deputy Director of the Aeronautical Products Manufacturing Division.

From 2014 to 2018, he served as Quality Director, and from 2018 to 2022, he was the Director of the Logistics Division.

He is also a licensed Private Pilot (PPL).
